Since May 1, 2025, electronic passport photos with QR codes have been legally required for applying for identity documents – and we're ready to guide you through the process! Our e-passport photo service meets all requirements and offers you a straightforward and secure procedure. We photograph your biometric e-passport photo and transmit it directly and securely to the relevant German authorities. This ensures you're fully prepared and can rely on the consistently high quality of Photogenika.

How do I get an appointment there?

You can get your passport photos quickly and easily from us. However, you may need a little patience for the appointment at the Citizens' Office: The first time you try to book an appointment, you often don't see any free times. But don't be discouraged – with a few Tricks it usually works:

New appointments are released daily –You have particularly good chances approx. 30 minutes before the Citizens' Offices open. Mon, Wed & Fri at 7:00 am and Tue & Thu at 8:00 am.
