about our passport photography
What is the difference between passport photos and application photos?
Passport photos are subject to strict official requirements, especially for biometric passport photos. They must appear neutral and meet certain format and facial expression requirements. Application Photos On the other hand, you should radiate authenticity and personality in order to leave a positive first impression. For applications, you should therefore book special photo shoots and not use simple passport photos.
What is the difference between e-passport photos and regular passport photos?
The difference lies in the method of transmission to the authorities. With an e-passport photo and QR code, we transmit your image file directly and digitally to the German authorities. With a standard passport photo, you receive your passport photo printed on photo paper and bring it to the authorities yourself. Read all details about e-passport photos here.
