Our family shoot for 39 euros* is a short and snappy photo shoot. This produces many varied and fresh pictures. Just not quite as many as with our regular shoots (small, medium, large)

What is the most important thing?
The shoots last 15 minutes. Suitable for up to 6 people. Please arrive on time for your shoot. Ideally, children should not come on an empty stomach. 🙂
What will the shooting look like step by step?
- Arrive 10 minutes early, friendly welcome
- Freshen up 5 minutes before, take a last look in the mirror and go to the toilet
- short meeting with the photographer at the beginning
- 15-minute photo shoot with the photographer
- Farewell and discussion of the further process
How much does the kindergarten family shoot cost and what do I get for it?
This photo shoot promotion costs 39 euros and includes a short and snappy 15-minute photo shoot. Images you purchase will be charged additionally.
How can I prepare?
Please come fully prepared. Do your makeup and hair at home and wear matching clothes. Please do not come on an empty stomach.
What should we wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing and plain pieces without large labels or prints in the same color for everyone.
When should we arrive for the family photo shoot?
Arrive 5 – 10 minutes before the start and plan with a generous buffer. We will be happy to show you our gift ideas and photo products, if we still have enough time.
What happens if children are restless or don't want to participate?
Then we calm them down with toys or, as an exception, bribe them with sweets.
When and how do we have to pay?
Payment for the photo shoot is made before or at the time of booking. For additional orders of pictures and photo products, payment is made before production and shipping.

Can we order more pictures for an additional charge?
Yes, of course. We would be delighted if you liked the pictures so much that you would like to buy more pictures from your photo shoot. Prices can be found here at photogenika.de/fotoprodukte/bildpakete
What photo products will I receive after the shoot?
With every picture you buy from us you always get a file and a picture on photo paper in 13 x 18 cm. More Image prices and photo products can be found here.
When can we expect the online gallery?
Normally you will receive password-protected access to your personal online gallery within a week after the shoot. If not, please contact us to be on the safe side.
My preferred date was not available or was fully booked. What can I do?
If your preferred date is already fully booked, please feel free to choose another day. We offer this photo shoot promotion three months in a row.
What happens if I want to withdraw from the contract or am unable to attend the shoot at the agreed time?
Failure to show up for the appointment is considered to be the fulfillment of the contract. In this case, we will not refund any money. This photo shoot will only take place on the dates offered and can only be rescheduled to another offered date if you contact us 24 hours before your appointment. If you are ill or otherwise unable to attend, you have the option of having Photogenika issue you a voucher for the corresponding value in euros instead of this shoot and using this voucher for any other Photogenika offer. However, only if you contact us before your appointment.
It's better to arrive a little early. Unfortunately, if you're late, your time in the studio will be taken away. Your time for the shoot is limited by the next appointment.
