It's been a long time since I (Sonja Pöhlmann) last spoke, but that doesn't mean that there's nothing more to report.
It's just happened so much and I've gained a lot of new photographic experiences and already realized them on our customers.
So I neglected my "diary" very much 😉
I've practiced a lot for this and meanwhile I photograph children's series, isolated portrait and family series, as well as nude/lingerie photos (with the wonderful support of Julia or Tina).
It's nice to notice how things are progressing and to be able to tick off photographic topics as "skillful" after a number of hours of practice because you have mastered the lighting situations, positions and processing.
Of course you never stop learning and I am still happy to be there as an assistant at shootings - not least to "cheat" something and expand my repertoire. All in all I can look forward to an exciting and successful year 2011 back by learning and seeing a lot and above all having fun with what I was able to experience as an apprentice at Photogenika.
I really appreciate being able to work in a team with a great working atmosphere and a lot of trust and support given to me - because I don't think that kind of thing should be taken for granted!
Now I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and I look forward to seeing new and familiar faces in front of the camera in 2012! 🙂
