Celebrating under the motto "The next 100 years". iwis this year marks its centenary. For this huge company event, five photographers were to capture every moment of the event and present it with our very own touch of Photogenika event photography. In addition to the magnificent celebration in the All Saints Church of the Munich Residenz held a gala in the evening Cultural Center Zenith instead of. The task of our Event Photography was to photograph the show acts, speakers and of course the employees.
First impressions of the event photography
The first impressions already confirmed us - no wish remains unfulfilled here. Every one of the 1,800 invited guests and employees was warmly welcomed by the board members. Then we went over a red carpet into the pompously decorated hall. Stylish floral decorations with a striking number of details, which repeatedly created a connection to the company, immediately caught the eye of many. After an aperitif and a small delicacy from the caterer Käfer, the moderator entered the stage and opened the gala with a celebration. Her festive outfit, which was adorned with necklaces from IWIS, was particularly striking.
What special moments does reportage photography show?
The perfectly planned event inspired from the first minute. Poignant speeches by the managing directors alternated with entertaining artists, dancers and musicians, who delivered an individual stage show. Through all these exciting program points we had a lot of special photo motifs that made the photographer's heart beat faster. Capturing natural impressions in an atmospheric setting was particularly important to us photo reportage. The relaxed, yet festive mood created a very special atmosphere for us to work and photograph for event photography.
