Photographing newborns is absolutely my passion. Holding these little people in my arms is one of the greatest miracles in the world for me. I simply love capturing their sweet little faces, toes and fingers and creating memories for life.
The little ones grow up so quickly and I recommend every expectant mother and father to take these unique pictures in newborn photography to capture it for the future. It is an unforgettable moment that will never be seen again. The newborn pictures are for life and allow you to immerse yourself in the moment again and again.
Simple and plain or rather playful and romantic in the newborn shoot
Personally, I prefer to take simple, natural photos. But I always take the parents' wishes into account. Ultimately, I want them to be happy and go home with photos that they enjoy looking at again and again. It's a great feeling to see my customers beaming.
We have in our Photo studio in the Westend in Munich we have a large selection of blankets, cloths and accessories that are available to parents for our newborn photography. But of course you are also welcome to bring your own things to the newborn shoot.
In general, newborn photography should take place in the first 14 days after birth, as babies are still sleeping a lot and are not as active at that time. At Photogenika, we like to take two hours for this photo shoot, because getting aesthetically pleasing pictures requires a lot of patience, sensitivity and the necessary time. After all, the little ones also need to be changed, breastfed and (very importantly) cuddled.
