Your shoot will take place in the three pre-selected sets we have selected. Free selection or exchange for other backgrounds/sets is not possible.

About the process
How the Christmas photo shoot works
- The shoot lasts between 20 and 25 minutes.
- Suitable for individual portraits, couples and families up to 6 people.
- Photographs will be taken in front of the three new photo sets presented above. All three sets are set up at all locations. It is not possible to choose sets other than these three or to exchange them.
- The registration fee is 89 euros, including one digital image and one on photo paper.

about our Christmas photo shoot
What is the most important thing?
The shoots are tightly scheduled and start on the hour or half hour. Therefore, please be sure to arrive early!
What will the shooting look like step by step?
- Arrive 15 minutes early, receive a friendly welcome, be presented with gift ideas, look at them, hold them in your hands and make a preliminary decision
- Freshen up 5 minutes before, take a last look in the mirror and go to the toilet
- short meeting with the photographer at the beginning
- 20-25 minute photo shoot with the photographer
- Farewell and discussion of the further process
How can I prepare?
Please come fully prepared. Do your makeup, hair, and appropriate clothing at home. Please do not come on an empty stomach.
What should we wear?
We recommend festive but comfortable clothing that reflects the Christmas spirit, as well as plain pieces without large slogans or prints in the same color for everyone.
When should we arrive for the Christmas photo shoot?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and plan with a generous buffer. We will be happy to show you our Christmas decorations beforehand. gift ideas and photo products.
How long does the shoot take?
The shoot lasts 20 to a maximum of 25 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?
It's best to arrive way too early. Unfortunately, lateness will deduct your time in the studio. Your time for the shoot is limited by the following appointment.
Can we also take family photos?
Yes, absolutely! Our backdrop is perfect for individual portraits, couples, and family photos for up to 6 people.
Does it cost more if I come with 2 or 3 children?
No, the price remains the same regardless of the number of people. We can photograph a maximum of six people.
What happens if children are restless or don't want to participate?
Then we calm them down with toys or, as an exception, bribe them with sweets.
Can we choose other sets or backgrounds?
Unfortunately not. To ensure a smooth process, our photographers work with predefined and perfectly lit sets that cannot be swapped or changed for organizational and time-related reasons.
When and how do we have to pay?
Payment for the photo shoot is made before or at the time of booking. For additional orders of pictures and photo products, payment is made before production and shipping.

Can we order more pictures for an additional charge?

What photo products will I receive after the shoot?
One picture is included. With every picture, you always get a file and a picture on photo paper in 13 x 18 cm. Photo products and gift ideas for Christmas can be found here.
Will the pictures arrive in time for Christmas?
Yes, we will ensure that you receive your prints and photo products in time for Christmas, provided you order in time. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks after your order is received.
When can we expect the online gallery?
Within one week of the shoot. If not, please contact us just to be on the safe side.
How long can we choose the pictures?
You have one week from the date you receive the online gallery to make your selection. But the sooner, the better.
What happens if I want to withdraw from the contract or am unable to attend the shoot at the agreed time?
Failure to show up for the appointment is considered a breach of contract. In this case, we will not refund any money. This Christmas shoot will only take place on the dates offered and can only be rescheduled to another available date if you contact us 24 hours before your appointment. In case of illness or other inability to attend, you can request a voucher from Photogenika worth €89 instead of this shoot, which can be used for any other Photogenika offer. However, this only applies if you contact us before your appointment.
